| Until we
know the facts, from a totally independent panel of experts, we all will be gambling with
our lives and property. Dow and the City of Midland have to great of interest to be
trusted as the primary source of information. A residents group is a good idea, but only if it is totally independent of the City of Midland and Dow. The one that Mr. Egerer proposes does not meet the criteria of being independent. He is having former Dow employee’s as speakers. I agree with Mr. Egerer, we all want Midland to prosper. But we should not be expected to possibly risk our lives and health to achieve that. |
